COMMUNIQUÉ
Issued at the end of the National Executive Council, NEC Meeting of the Liberation People’s Party, LPP  
Held at Green Minds Hotel, Utako, FCT Abuja.  
On Thursday, 13th August 2026.

PREAMBLE.
The National Executive Council, NEC, of the Liberation People’s Party, LPP, held its statutory meeting on the 13th day of August 2026 , at Green Minds Hotel, Utako, FCT Abuja. 

The meeting was attended by Party Stakeholders and selected members of Young Nigerians Voices, YNV.  
In attendance was *His Excellency, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, PhD.

 RESOLUTIONS AND DELIBERATIONS.
After extensive deliberations on the state of the nation and the party, the NEC resolved as follows:

1.  Commendation  
   The NEC applauded members for their resilience, commitment, and hard work in building the party across the country despite existing challenges.

2.  Call to Action.
   His Excellency, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, PhD, in his address, stated that it is time for political actors with the  political tenacity, strength, and structure  to take on the incumbent and offer Nigerians a credible alternative.

3. Membership Drive. 
   The NEC was charged to lay more emphasis on aggressive membership mobilization and grassroots expansion to position the LPP as the party of choice ahead of future elections.

4.  Unity and Focus.  
   The Council reaffirmed its commitment to internal cohesion, discipline, and strategic engagement with stakeholders and the youth constituency.
